How to Submit an Appeal
Check Your Decline Reason

Gather Supporting Documents
Collect documents that prove you are eligible, such as unemployment letter, bank statements, or affidavit.
Visit the Appeals Portal
Go to the official SASSA appeals website at srd.sassa.gov.za and click on "Appeal" or "Reconsideration".
Enter Your Details
Enter your ID number and cellphone number to access your application.
Select Appeal Reason
Choose the reason why you believe your application should be reconsidered.
Submit Appeal
Review your appeal and submit. You will receive confirmation of your appeal submission.
